This is a structured vocational program that provides long-term work and skill development for individuals with varying disabilities who have had difficulty securing or maintaining a job in the competitive labor market.
We provide paid, hands-on work opportunities that help participants explore interests and develop workplace skills. These opportunities are offered in our specialized work center in Hackensack, offering a supportive, structured setting to build work habits, stamina, and skills with the ultimate goal of developing potential for community employment.
